Description

Alcoholic beverage control; mixed beverage license for certain motor sports facilities. Creates an annual mixed beverage motor sports facility license for persons operating concessions at an outdoor motor sports facility that hosts a NASCAR national touring race. The bill sets out the privileges of the license and the state and local license taxes. Amends § 4.1-210, § 4.1-231, § 4.1-233, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
