Description

Bureau of Insurance; maintenance assessment.  Revises the procedure for collecting the assessment on insurers for the expenses of maintaining the Bureau of Insurance. Provisions for the collection of estimated assessments on a quarterly basis are repealed. The maintenance assessment will be collected on an annual basis, and late payments will incur a penalty of $50 per day. Read the Bill »
