Wireless E-911 Fund; distribution of funds.  Requires CMRS providers to submit requests for payment from the Wireless E-911 Fund no later than four months after the end of the fiscal year in which the costs were incurred. If the Fund is not sufficient to pay for all of the costs, the unpaid costs may not be carried over for repayment to a future year. The bill also provides that any funds remaining in the Fund at the end of a fiscal year may be designated for a reserve fund. Read the Bill »
