Description

Definition of income tax.  Provides a definition of "income tax" for purposes of certain individual income tax credits for taxes paid to another state or a foreign country. The provisions of the bill are retroactive for taxable years 2007 through 2011 and prospective beginning with taxable year 2012. The bill contains an emergency clause. Read the Bill »
