Description
Pharmacies; access to the Prescription Monitoring Program. Requires every pharmacy permitted by the Board of Pharmacy to ensure that at least one pharmacist who is physically present at the pharmacy shall have access to the Prescription Monitoring Program at all times. Read the Bill »
