Description

Department of Criminal Justice Services; private security services businesses; firearms. Prohibits the Criminal Justice Services Board from adopting any regulation that would prevent an employee of any electronic security business or a locksmith from carrying a firearm in the course of that person's duties when such person has been issued and carries with him a valid concealed handgun permit.
