Prescription Monitoring Program; disclosure of information to local law enforcement. Adds an agent designated by the chief law-enforcement officer of any county or city to the list of individuals to whom the Department of Health Professions must disclose information relevant to a specific investigation of a specific recipient or of a specific dispenser or prescriber upon request.
