Description
Workers' compensation; peer review of services rendered by physicians. Allows any party to a dispute regarding medical treatment or services that has been referred to a peer review committee to have the matter remanded to the Workers' Compensation Commission if the matter has not been resolved within six months of its referral. A case remanded to the Commission shall not be re-referred to a peer review committee. Read the Bill »
