Description
Photo-monitoring systems. Provides that the length of the all-red clearance interval shall be established based on the recommended methodology of the Institute of Transportation Engineers. The bill also amends current provisions by detailing the instances in which citations may be issued to drivers making right-turn movements. Read the Bill »
