Description
Use of toll revenues. Prohibits use of toll revenues for any purpose other than the construction, reconstruction, replacement, maintenance replacement, improvement, or maintenance of the facility for the use of which the tolls were imposed and collected, except as otherwise provided in 33.1-23.03:4 (Toll Facilities Revolving Account) and subsection D of 33.1-23.03:10 (tolls on Interstate Highway System components). The bill exempts from its provisions tolls imposed and collected on January 1, 2013. Read the Bill »
