Description

Opportunity Educational Institution established. Creates the Opportunity Educational Institution (Institution) to be administered and supervised by the Opportunity Educational Institution Board (Board) and requires any school that has been denied accreditation for the previous two school years to be transferred to the Division and remain in the Division for five years or until the school achieves full accreditation. The bill also sets forth requirements for student attendance, staffing, and funding for the Division. Read the Bill »
