Description

Satisfaction of judgments; motor vehicle accident. Provides that a suspension of a judgment debtor's driver's license shall not extend (i) beyond 10 years from the date of judgment for any civil judgment obtained in a general district court or (ii) beyond 20 years from the date of judgment for any civil judgment obtained in a circuit court.
