Description
Local correctional facilities; proceeds from commissary. Allows stores in local correctional facilities to provide services as well as articles and provides that proceeds that are generated from a source other than inmate accounts may be used for the general operation of the sheriff's office. It's about time Those that PAY for the services, Actually receive the BENEFITS of the services. Inmates (all 80% of the NON CRIMINAL & illegally incarcerated in Va) DESERVE better than to be treated like sub-human animals because "the system" is incapable of existing solely for generating REVENUE/INCOMES for white collar Virginia State Bar GANGSTERS & Domestic Terrorists who OWN all three branches of gov't now.
