Description
Virginia College Savings Plan; acceptance of commemorative coins minted by the State Treasurer. Requires the Plan to accept as payment under prepaid tuition contracts and savings trust accounts gold, platinum, or silver coins minted by the State Treasurer for commemorative use. Under the bill, any gain on the sale of the coins would be deductible for Virginia income tax purposes. Read the Bill »
