Description

Student growth indicators; pilot program. Requires the Department of Education to establish a pilot program that explores the use and effectiveness of employing student growth indicators for school accountability and teacher evaluation. The bill requires the Department to give semiannual reports on the program to the Governor and the General Assembly. The program will expire on July 1, 2018. Read the Bill »
