Description

Department of Corrections; electronic notice. Provides that the Department of Corrections may use electronic means to provide notice to the appropriate parties prior to the release of a prisoner. Under current law, the Department may only provide such notice using first-class mail. The bill contains technical amendments. Read the Bill »
