Description

Fiduciary attorney-client privilege. Provides for the common law attorney-client privilege to be extended to fiduciaries when they are seeking advice from counsel. This bill specifies that only the person acting as a fiduciary is considered the client of the attorney for the purposes of this privilege. Read the Bill »
