Description

Board of Medicine; license revocation (Twomey bill). Makes it mandatory for the Board to revoke a license of a practitioner who engages in sexual contact with a patient under certain circumstances and provides that the person whose license has been revoked may not apply for reinstatement for five years. Under current law, revocation is at the Board's discretion and the person may apply for reinstatement after three years. Read the Bill »
