Description
Board of Education; administration.Requires the Board of Education to adopt regulations providing for an additional testing period, to occur prior to March 1 of each year, for the administration of Standards of Learning assessments to students. Local school boards may elect to participate in such additional testing period. Any student who does not achieve a passing score during such additional testing period shall be permitted to retake the test during another a subsequent testing period. Read the Bill »
