Sales and use tax exemption; pollution control equipment and facilities. Deletes that portion of the sales and use tax exemption for pollution control equipment and facilities that expired July 1, 2006, related to coal, oil, and gas production that was required to be certified by the Department of Mines, Minerals, and Energy, rather than the Department of Taxation.
