This is a bad idea. Opening a CONstitution CONvention is a very bad idea. Just a little history when we had the Articles of Confederation we as a state had more power and rights and so did the residents. We they convened they ended up with a Constitution that took rights away from the states and individuals. Now a days we would end up with hardely any rights and no states rights etc. Look at whats come out of Washington and many of our states lately. NDAA, indefenant detentions, warrentless spying at EVERY level, Kill lists, jailed for raw milk etc. No good can come of this and the federal government doesnt listen to the people or states as it is. It doesnt even abide by the constitution any more. Look at the ObamaCare law which mandates I purchase a healthcare insurance plan from a private corp just for being alive in this once wonderful country. Even if its a tax as Supreme court says, All tax bills must originate from the HOUSE of congress NOT the senate. The ObamaCare came from the Senate, which was written by the insurance companies. Enjoy the rate hikes now they have a monopoly and your forced to buy it.
