Description

Background checks; children's residential facilities regulated by the Department of Juvenile Justice. Clarifies language relating to background checks for employees, volunteers, and contract service providers of children's residential facilities to make clear that the requirement for background checks for every employee of a children's residential facility and every volunteer or contract service provider who provides services to children in children's residential facilities and who will be alone with juveniles in the performance of his duties also applies to employees, volunteers, and contract service providers of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
