Description
State depositories; exempt deposits. Provides that the Virginia Security for Public Deposits Act does not apply to deposits made by any public depositor in out-of-state financial institutions related to escrow or trust agreements or custody agreements, other than master custody agreements. The bill further provides that such deposits do not have to be made in a qualified public depository. Read the Bill »
