Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 46.2-1701.2:1 as follows:

46.2-1701.2:1. Location of driver training schools in certain cities and towns.

No regulation of the Department shall specify any minimum distance by which any driver training school located in any city or town having a population of 10,000 or less shall be separated from any office or other facility controlled by the Department.
