Description
Local motor fuels tax. Authorizes any county or city to impose a tax at a rate not to exceed $0.10 per gallon on motor fuel sold by a wholesale distributor to a retail dealer in the locality. The revenue from such tax shall be used solely for transportation projects. Read the Bill »
