Description

Child support; imputation of income; enrollment in educational or vocational program. Provides that a parent's decision to enroll in and complete an educational or vocational program that is likely to maintain or increase the parent's earning potential may be considered as a factor in determining whether to impute income to such parent for purposes of the parent's child support obligation. The bill also provides that any child care costs incurred by a custodial parent due to the parent's decision to enroll in such an education program may also be considered. Read the Bill »
