Description

Notice of sale of certain residential property.Amends current provisions that require localities in Planning District 8 (Northern Virginia) to be given notice when residential property is subject to a sale under a deed of trust to make those provisions applicable statewide. The bill also requires common interest community associations to be given such notice when such property is located within a common interest community. Read the Bill »
