Description

Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB); composition. Changes the composition of the CTB so that one member will be appointed from each of Virginia's congressional districts and three will be at-large appointees. The three ex officio members remain unchanged. The bill also replaces the term "metropolitan statistical areas" with "metropolitan planning areas with populations greater than 200,000." Amends § 33.1-1, § 33.1-2, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
