Description
Voter registration; Department of Motor Vehicles; changes of address. Provides an online option for a registered voter to change his registered voter address while changing his address on his driver's license or special identification card online through the DMV. The bill directs the DMV to transmit notice of the change of address to the State Board of Elections electronically. The bill also directs the DMV to implement a system for providing the change of registration address form to the voter by July 1, 2014, with hard copy to be forwarded by the voter to his general registrar for final verification.
