Description

The Department of State Police; reimbursement of expenses. Provides that the Department of State Police may recover the cost of all reasonable expenses for providing emergency response services from a person convicted of certain offenses involving motor vehicles. The bill limits the liability for such reasonable expenses to $1,000, which may include the Department's cost of accounting for such expenses, limited to a fee not to exceed $350. Read the Bill »
