Description
Antique motorboats. Establishes a special one-time $100 registration fee for antique motorboats, defined as vessels that are essentially as originally constructed, used for noncommercial purposes, and at least 30 years old. The registration has to be renewed every three years but at no additional cost. Instead of having identification numbers painted on the bow of the motorboat, the owner will be given two antique motorboat identification plates by the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries that display the identification number and language designating the vessel as an antique motorboat, to affix to each side of the bow.
