Description
Virginia Jobs Investment Program; eligibility for assistance. Expands the criteria for eligibility for assistance in any of the component parts of the Virginia Jobs Investment Program to include areas that have a higher labor force participation rate than the statewide average. In such areas, the wage rate minimum may be waived by the Department of Business Assistance. Read the Bill »
