Description

Evidence acceptable to DMV Commissioner of payments of taxes, etc. Provides that the DMV Commissioner may determine what sort of evidence he will accept as to proof of payment of taxes on vehicles and of the registration or exemption from registration of certain vehicles without doing so by regulation.
