Description

Regulatory powers of Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Removes the Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services' authority to adopt regulations establishing schedules for calibration of service agencies' weights and measures standards and authorizes the Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services to set the schedules. Amends § 3.2-5701, of the Code of Virginia.
