Description

Primaries; candidate petition signatures, certification by party chairman. Provides that in furnishing to the State Board of Elections or local electoral boards the names of candidates for nomination in a primary, including a presidential primary, the party chairman shall certify that a review of the candidate petitions found the required minimum number of signatures of qualified voters for the particular office to have been met.
