Description
Spousal support; termination upon cohabitation. Provides that a supported spouse has an affirmative duty to notify the payor spouse after commencing to habitually cohabit with another and, if the supported spouse does not provide the notification, the payor spouse is entitled to restitution equal to the amount of any current support and maintenance paid after that date, together with interest from that date and reasonable attorney fees and costs.
