Description
Wiretap monitoring by sheriff's office. Provides that when the Attorney General or Chief Deputy Attorney General applies to a court for a wiretap authorization he may also apply for authorization for the observation or monitoring of the interception by a sheriff's office of a county or city. Under current law the observation or monitoring is limited to a police department. Read the Bill »
