Description

Local correctional facilities; proceeds from commissary. Allows stores in local correctional facilities to provide services as well as articles and provides that proceeds that are generated from a source other than inmate accounts may be used for the general operation of the sheriff's office. Amends § 53.1-127.1, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »

It's about time Those that PAY for the services, Actually receive the BENEFITS of the services. Inmates (all 80% of the NON CRIMINAL & illegally incarcerated in Va) DESERVE better than to be treated like sub-human animals because "the system" is incapable of existing solely for generating REVENUE/INCOMES for white collar Virginia State Bar GANGSTERS & Domestic Terrorists who OWN all three branches of gov't now.
