Description

Revocation of fishing licenses. Authorizes the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to withdraw all privileges to fish in tidal waters during the period in which any Commision-issued license has been revoked. Amends § 28.2-232, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
