HOT Lanes. Allows state and law-enforcement vehicles, firefighting trucks, ambulances, and rescue squad vehicles to enter HOT lanes by crossing a barrier or buffer and not be guilty of reckless driving. Amends § 33.1-56.3, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
