Description

Coverage for newborns; health maintenance organizations. Requires health care plans provided by a health maintenance organization to provide coverage for newborn children. The same requirement currently exists for health insurance policies and subscription contracts with family coverage. Amends § 38.2-3411, § 38.2-4319, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
