IF DCSE cannot "publish/re-disseminate/re-distribute" NAMES of PEOPLE even if it's sole purpose was to commit the crime of DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER - THEN - how could any legislation for ANY OTHER ISSUE be even considered? As Americans, we have the RIGHT to OWN PRIVATE PROPERTY. It is Nobody's Business what I own - or for anyone Else to PUBLISH what they Think I might Own... It's Called PRIVATE.
It means what it is.PERSONAL & PRIVATE Information.
