SENATE BILL NO. 635 FLOOR AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE (Proposed by Senator Hanger on February 13, 2012) (Patrons Prior to Substitute--Senators Vogel, Hanger [SB 600], Ruff [SB 490], and Watkins [SB 491]) A BILL to amend the Code of Virginia by adding in Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 24.2 a section numbered 24.2-303.4, relating to technical adjustments of certain senate district boundaries.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 24.2 a section numbered 24.2-303.4 as follows:

§ 24.2-303.4. Senate districts.

Subject to the provisions of subsections A, B, and C of § 24.2-303.3, the following senate districts shall be comprised as follows:

First.
