Description
Virginia Casino Gaming Commission; penalties. Creates the Virginia Casino Gaming Commission as the licensing body for casino gaming in the state. Under the bill, the conduct of casino gaming is limited to localities in which at least 40 percent of the assessed value of all real estate situated in the locality is exempt from local property taxation pursuant to federal law or Article X, Section 6 or 6-A of the Constitution of Virginia.
