Description

State Corporation Commission; pro bono legal services. Authorizes members of the State Corporation Commission and its subordinates and employees to engage in the private practice of law on a pro bono public basis with the Commission's approval. Currently, all private practice of law by such persons is prohibited. Amends § 12.1-10, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
