Description
Pharmacies; audit rights.. Establishes audit rights for pharmacies, including, among other things, 14 days' advance notice of audit, exemption from scheduling of audits within the first five days of the month, exclusion of clerical or recordkeeping errors from records deemed fraudulent, and limitation of audits to one per year unless fraud or misrepresentation is reasonably suspected.
