Description
Elections; write-in votes; threshold amount required for certain actions by electoral boards. Saves time and resources for electoral boards in accounting for write-in votes after the election The bill eliminates the percentage threshold, instead requiring only that the total number of write-in votes cast for a particular office be greater than the total number of votes cast for the candidate receiving the most votes for that office before certain actions are required of the electoral board.
