Description
Virginia Economic Development Partnership Authority; appointment of chief executive officer. Provides that the Governor and not the Authority board of directors shall appoint the executive director of the Authority. The bill further provides that the chief executive officer shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor. Read the Bill »
