Description
Motor vehicle insurance; coverage for inconvenience. Requires motor vehicle liability insurance policies to include coverage, with limits of not less than $10,000, against liability for inconvenience incurred by a third party as a result of negligence in the insured's operation or use of the motor vehicle. The provision of the policy will cover reasonable pecuniary expenses incurred by a third party in the course of dealing with disruptions in the normal routine of the third party's life activities as a result of a collision caused by the insured person's negligence.
