Description
Health benefit plans; renewal and offer of nonconforming plans. Authorizes any health carrier to offer to renew, or to offer, any health benefit plan that would otherwise be required to be canceled, discontinued, or terminated, or would otherwise not be allowed, because it does not meet the requirements of the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
